Hi, I'm Lauren and I started this journey not just to make delicious soup, but to make a real difference in people’s everyday lives through the power of real, wholesome ingredients.

I'm a Canadian living in Australia, and making soup is my love language. It’s how I show love, offer comfort, and take care of myself and those around me. Years ago, my daughter struggled with an ongoing cold that no doctor could explain. We finally found relief by cutting out gluten and dairy. Within days, her runny nose and coughs improved dramatically. I made the change for the family and were all amazed at how much better we felt.

While we now include some gluten and dairy in our diet, I continue to create meals that are naturally free from both because we know firsthand the impact that food can have on how you feel.

Every batch I make is packed with intention and care. I use only the best local ingredients including organic or spray-free produce from Australian farmers, and antibiotic free, no added hormones, free range, nitrate free meat from a trusted local butcher. I never use preservatives of any kind, because real food should nourish, not compromise.

This business is built on love, healing, and the belief that food, when made with purpose, can support us physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m so proud to share these soups with you and your family.
