Spiced Carrot

This jam packed carrot soup is full of aromatic cumin, coriander seeds and herbs to give it lots of great flavour and interest. This is not a spicy soup that will burn your mouth... unless you leave it on the stove too long :) Added bonus, this soup is vegan.

Ingredients: Carrot, Filtered Water, Celery, Brown Onion, Zucchini, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, Basil, Garlic, Celtic Sea Salt, Cumin, Coriander Seed, Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper.
